Admission Procedure
The preschool welcomes children who are two years, nine-months of age or older. Children may attend the preschool until they are ready for Kindergarten.
Interested parents may contact Mary A. Michalik, the director, to schedule an appointment to visit the preschool. Pertinent information regarding the program will be given to parents at the time of the visit. A Registration Fee of $50.00 and the completed Registration Form need to be completed at the time of registration. This secures a child's space in the program.
In compliance with Massachusetts State Law, an up-to-date and completed Physician's Form/Immunization Record needs to be returned to the director before a child can begin enrollment into the program. There are other required forms that also need to be completed before admission.
Depending on availability, the preschool does admit children during the school year.

The Creative Learning Preschool, Inc. admits children of any race, religion, cultural heritage, national origin, political beliefs, marital status, sexual orientation, and disability to all the rights, services, programs, and activities made available to the children at the preschool. It does not discriminate in the administration of its educational policies, admission policy or other school-administered programs.
